CA: “Nice to meet you”, “Welcome”, “Goodbye”.
Cue impact
A polite word or sign of welcome or recognition and acts of parting or of marking someone’s departure make the agent more reliable, competent, knowledgeable (Cassel, Bickmore 2000), increase user engagement (Cafaro et al. 2016), is useful as part of relational behavior strategies to ensure a long-term working alliance (Bickmore et al. 2005) and increases persuasion power of the agent (Fogg 2003).
