Agent laughing about jokes is perceived more positive (warmer, more amused, less bored and less cold) (Ding et al. 2014). Agent laughing in a user-reactive manner increases the social presence of agent (Pecune et al. 2015), increases the amusement and leads to a contagious laughing effect (Niewiadomski et al. 2013).
